The 2025 event will take place on 2–3 December 2025. Across both days, attendees can expect back-to-back sessions, expert panels and networking opportunities designed to help businesses grow stronger heading into 2026.

Beyond Activ APAC 2025 will be hosted at the Crown Conference Centre, located at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006, in the heart of Melbourne. The venue offers easy access to accommodation, dining and transport, making it a convenient choice for both local and interstate attendees.
Getting to Beyond Activ APAC
Crown’s Southbank location is easy to reach whether you’re local or travelling from interstate.
- By car: Onsite parking is available, and several public car parks are located nearby.
- By tram: Route 96, 12 and 109 trams stop along Clarendon Street, only a short walk away.
- By train: Southern Cross Station is a five-minute tram ride or 15-minute walk from the venue.
- By air: Melbourne Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by taxi, rideshare or airport shuttle.
