Club Point Health & Fitness in Mortlake is more than just a gym. When it came to running the gym side of the business, Club Point had been using Clubware alongside other tools. For May, the difference has been immediate. “There’s been a huge admin reduction, definitely time saving,” she explained.
“It has significantly changed how much time we put into admin, which means we can focus on other things like more sales and outreach.”
By removing the burden of repetitive work, staff who once spent their day chasing up payments now have more capacity to engage with members, build stronger relationships, and contribute directly to the club’s growth. The result is a smoother-running business and a better experience for everyone.

For members, the improvements have been just as noticeable. Booking a class no longer means waiting at reception or phoning ahead. Instead, they can jump into the Xplor Gym app, reserve their spot, and receive an automatic reminder so they never miss a session. The app also makes it easier for members to stay connected with the club, whether it’s updating details, checking timetables, or managing their membership on the go.
