When is FILEX 2024?
The FILEX Business Summit 2024 spans 1.5 exciting days on Thursday, 22nd August and Friday, 23rd August 2024.
Day 1: Start your journey on Thursday with registration and the expo opening at 11:30 AM, and join us for the welcome address at 1:00 PM. The day wraps up at 5:30 PM with drinks and canapés, offering the perfect chance to mingle and connect with fellow industry professionals.
Day 2: Jump back in on Friday at 9:00 AM for a warm welcome and dive into a day filled with insightful sessions, fantastic networking opportunities, and an expo brimming with the latest fitness industry innovations. We’ll wrap things up at 3:30 PM, leaving you inspired and ready to take your fitness business to new heights.

Located in the heart of Sydney’s central business district, the Hilton Sydney is easily accessible by various modes of transport.

Hilton Sydney is conveniently located about 30 minutes from both Sydney’s International and Domestic Airports and just 100 metres from Town Hall Railway Station. You can reach the hotel by train, bus, or taxi from the airport.
Getting to the FILEX Business Summit & Expo 2024
Driving?
If you arrive by car, program 255 Pitt Street into your navigation system and access the hotel via Pitt Street.
Hilton Sydney is approximately 30 minutes from Sydney’s International and Domestic Airports, and 100m/328ft from Town Hall Railway Station.
The hotel does not offer self-parking. The nearest public car parks are: Secure Parking (underneath the hotel) or next door at Wilson Parking. Otherwise the hotel offers valet parking for $95 (per 24hrs).
Using public transport?
The Queen Victoria Building Light Rail stop is located on the doorstep of Hilton Sydney, providing direct access to both Circular Quay and Chinatown.

St. James Station – South Coast Line (In Hyde Park near the corner of Elizabeth St and Market St)
Town Hall Station – Central Coast & Newcastle Line (George St)
Coming from the airport?
Flying in?
Jump on the T8 train from the Sydney airport train station and jump off at Museum Station, Hilton Sydney is a quick 10 minute walk away.
Cycling?
Hotel guests and event attendees can speak to any of the friendly Hilton staff about storing their bicycle for the day.
Otherwise there is a Bike Rack bicycle parking lot on nearby Elizabeth Street.
